• How many licenses does Vision Backup 10 include
• 
  Vision Backup includes 1 server license and unlimited clients. This means that you can install it on one server/computer and connect into as many computer as you wish.
  
  
• Can I install Vision Backup 10 on more than 1 computer/server?
• 
  No, when Vision Backup is first installed, your computer's/server's MAC address is sent to VisionWorks for authentication. If you try installing VB on another computer/server, you will get the message "serial number already in use".
  
  
• I am running Norton 9.0 Corporate Edition and my backups are failing!
• 
  We have been alerted that in some cases where Norton 9.0 corporate edition is installed backups will fail. To correct this problem, please change the system to only auto-protect certain files such as .exe , .doc etc.., from "scan everything".
  
  
• How can I manually remove Vision Backup?
• 
  Please follow these steps to uninstall completely:
  1. Go to C:\Program Files\Vision Backup
     (or the path you specified to install) and delete this folder.
  2. Click Start
  3. Click Run
  4. Type regedit
  5. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VisionWorks\VisionBackup
     and delete the whole folder called VisionBackup.
