With the purchase of software from C&C you receive 30 days FREE email and phone support. Emails will be answered on a best effort basis, and will typically receive a response within 48 hours. After your 30 days are up you will still receive unlimited email support.. again on a best effort basis. Just email support@ccsoftware.ca.

C&C Telephone Support Contract (Currently available in North America only.) Telephone Support Contracts entitle customers to 3 hours of phone support (minimum 10 min per call). It is our goal to return all priority technical support calls within 4 business hours. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST excluding Canadian holidays. Telephone Support Contracts can be purchased for $150.00 CDN.
